If you have ever tried to do something on your computer that involves a lot of typing, then you have probably experienced a difficulty with counting the number of times you press the spacebar. Glitching out the counters on spacebars is a great way to give yourself an advantage and speed up your work. If you're looking for a way to more accurately track your typing, then this is the article for you.
First, figure out which counter controls your spacebar press. Many keyboards will come with built-in macros or hotkeys which make it so that your spacebar can be tracked easily. Usually these trackers are located in the lines of code near the bottom of your keyboard driver settings under "Additional Windows Options". On many keyboards, this can also be adjusted in "Input Options". Once you've located where your counter is located and can access it, then you can start glitching it out from there.
Next, reset the counter back to zero with a two-key combination of some sort such as CTL + A or CTRL + S or something similar depending on which keyboard type you have and what type the counter tracking software uses. This will clear out all previously stored data and any glitches that might have arisen during previous use should thus no longer be present in the tracking software itself.
Finally, take measures to ensure that no further glitches occur by cleaning off any debris around the keyboard's keys and making sure that all USB connections are secure so as not to cause any accidental triggers in the counters themselves when pressing keys down hard or quickly moving one's finger across them while using a mouse or trackpad simultaneously while typing and/or using programs like Microsoft Word that require pressing down several keys at once (such as CTRL + ALT + DOWN arrow or similar).
